Utah Fashion Week

Kuya offers fashion with a purpose. Being able to share my aesthetic through fashion, in order to help provide necessities to the people of the Philippines is an extraordinary opportunity. It's important for me to push myself creatively in order to give you one of a kind fashion essentials.

I have the opportunity to showcase in Utah Fashion Week this year. This is a huge platform for us to showcase and be able to bring awareness to our cause for our humanitarian efforts. Kuya will be showcasing in the Urban Streetwear Show which will take place on March 17th in Salt Lake City. I am so excited to be able to share the runway with some amazing designers and to represent Project Kuya at this event.

There's currently a discount for tickets to the show. This discount expires on February 15th. So if you'd like to buy your tickets for a little cheaper, click on the link below. It would be so much fun to see some of you guys come out to the show!

I have such a huge love for the people of the Philippines and also for clothing. Kuya clothing has come such a long way since I first started back in October. I know that there's so much more in store and I am excited to have you guys be on this journey with me.

Even with the show coming up in March, get ready to see Kuya featured in SLUG Magazine for their March issue! I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to get interviewed by this amazing magazine that focuses on art and fashion. Can't wait to see how everything turns out!

Things have been a little crazy recently especially as I'm preparing to go back to the Philippines next week! I can't believe I have the opportunity to go back. I know that visiting Cebu will be able to remind me of why I do the things that I do. It'll be such a fun trip and I'm excited to talk all about it when I get back!

Until then, make sure to buy your ticket to Utah Fashion Week. Save a couple bucks so that you can purchase some Kuya clothes! Haha. Keep up with all of the updates through social media by following @kuya_brand & @projectkuya!
